I’m not happy about giving my credit card details over the Internet. How else can I place an order?
A:
Marabella uses the Worldpay payment system from Streamline. This system uses a secure server, which takes advantage of the latest technology to ensure that the online payment process protects your card details against fraud. However, if you would still prefer to use a more traditional method of payment, you can also place an order by telephone or post. See the

What does SafeBuy mean?
A:
SafeBuy is an organisation based in the UK which is committed to taking care of consumer interests by identifying companies which have superior customer care standards. In order to achieve SafeBuy accreditation, such companies must clearly show delivery charges and delivery-inclusive prices; keep the customer’s personal details safe and secure; display their full contact details so that you can get in touch if there’s a problem; process your credit or debit card details securely; make a promise not to bombard customers with spam for marketing purposes; and avoid the exploitation of children.
Q:
Can I order a catalogue?
A:
We don’t produce a catalogue as our site is continuously updated with stock details and we have a high turnover of one-off stock items, meaning that a catalogue would quickly become out-of-date. In addition, you can sign up for our newsletter, which gives you advance notice of any new arrivals, upcoming promotions and sales.

I’d like to sign up to receive your newsletter but I don’t want to be bombarded with mail shots from other companies!
A:
Don’t worry. Our policy clearly states that your details will not be sold or given to any third party. If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive information about Marabella only.
Q:
Do you have a shop?
A:
Yes. We’re based near Rochdale in Lancashire. Our address is: Marabella, 657, Edenfield Road, Norden, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 5XE. Pop in and take a browse! You can take advantage of our out-of-hours personal shopper experience and secure an item by placing a small deposit.
Q:
At what point will my credit or debit card be charged?
A:
Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your goods are ready for dispatch. If ordered items are out of stock at the time of ordering, your card details will be held by Streamline Merchant Services (through Worldpay). Once the items are in stock, they will be dispatched to you straight away and we will instruct for your card to be billed.
Q:
How will you pack my order? A: Where possible, we remove most of the original manufacturer’s packaging to ensure that your item will fit through your letterbox. Our deliveries will be marked with a discreet return address only. Gift packages will be wrapped in brown paper and will not fit through a standard letterbox and must therefore be hand-delivered.
Q:
Can I return goods if I don’t like them?
A:
Yes. Goods may be returned to Marabella within 28 days of your receiving them. Please see our
