Ordering InformationBy ordering online with Marabella Fashions, you have the option of shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! Security: We know that some of our customers are cautious of making payments online, and that’s why we have chosen a secure server to ensure the safety and security of your online transactions, however large or small. Payments: We accept payment via the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, JCB, and Maestro (UK only). Your credit or debit card will not be billed until your order has been dispatched. Ordering online: Simply fill in the appropriate details on the online order form and e-mail it back to us – easy! Ordering by telephone: If you’re still not happy about entering your details online, or prefer to place your order by phone, then simply give us a call on 01706 355775. You will be asked for your credit or debit card details which will be verified at the time of placing your order. Your credit or debit card will not be billed until your goods have been dispatched. Ordering by post: If you’d like to place your order by post, simply fill in the online order form, print it off and post it, along with a cheque made payable to Marabella, to: Marabella, 10 Wickentree Holt, Norden, Rochdale, Lancashire, OL11 5XE, England. Please include your name, address and cheque card number on the back of your cheque. Please allow five working days for your cheque to clear if this is your first order. Once we have received clearance, your goods will be dispatched within 24 hours (working days only). Please note that as this method is, by nature, slower than ordering online, we cannot guarantee that your chosen items will be in stock by the time we receive your order. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt (working days only). Goods ordered and paid for online before 3pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day. |
